Booked Joannas pet sitting service after recommendation and meeting her and a colleague in person during a meet and greet with my pets. Was very impressed with her professionalism and demeanour. My pets took to her instantly as did I. Joanna was very thorough both with paperwork and in familiarising herself with our house and pets. She even checked the whereabouts of the gas tap and water stopcock in case of emergency. I was kept well informed about what my pets were up to whilst I was away by text message. My pets were fed, exercised and relaxed when I returned home. Will definitely use Joannas services again both for pet sitting and grooming. Absolutely first class service so please dont be put off by the one negative review posted which was, in any event, a case of mistaken identity.

Mr Burgoyne is misguided and mistaken - the dog walker he refers who has let dogs run unchecked is definitely not 4 Paws Services. She doesn't actually walk dogs in Wivelsfield on the land he's referring to. Jo has groomed / walked and house sat my dogs for 10+ years and is a consumate professional . Please don't let one extremely rude and completely wrong man put you off using 4 Paws Services

Joanna repeatedly walks dogs in very large groups. They are off leads and totally out of control. On several occasions she has been walking them on private property without permission of the landowner (trespassing) where the dogs have chased horse riders causing one girl to fall off and on a separate occasion a pony to bolt terrifying the poor girl on board. The dogs are at risk of being kicked by the horses they are chasing, which is in itself is an offence. She has been reported to the police for these offences. If you want your dog to be walked safely please do not use this woman...
