        I wish all car sales showrooms were like Baldocks. The whole procedure of buying a car was smooth, efficient and non-pressurised. Arranging a test drive with Greg was straightforward and the unaccompanied drive meant we could try out the car at our own pace. When confirming the purchase there was no "hard sell" on other products like Diamond Brite. The car itself was well presented and competitively priced. It was even supplied with a full tank of petrol. I can certainly recommend Baldocks and would definitely use them again.

        The reception staff were expecting us and the service was started promptly, we were offered a hot drink, and able to keep up to date with the news, both papers and the television. We weren't kept waiting unduly, and were appraised of the work carried out.
