        All emails are responded to quickly and professionally. The pool, showers, changing areas are all clean. The staff are very kind and professional. My child was sick on the day of their distance challenge swim and Wivey Pool kindly transferred my booking to the following week. Praise and encouragement was given to the children during and after their distance challenge.
