        Phoned GRS at very short notice late in the afternoon as I couldn't get my boiler to work. Engineer was here less than an hour later and sorted the problem. Will be using this company again and would highly reccomend.

        We needed two boiler services - one in our own property and the other for a rented house with a new tenant coming in. Gareth replied to our query immediately, gave us a date for the first service and turned up on time. For the second property he was running slightly (30 minutes) late and texted us to give the new arrival time. Service and a small repair carried out and certificate issued. Competitively priced. How refreshing to meet a totally reliable plumber/heating engineer. We will certainly use him again when the need arrives. Service: Heating system maintenance
