Would definitely recommend Owen, we had a replacement oil tank and base. The finishing results were amazing, the workers were very friendly and tidy. The work was completed in two days.

Having decided to replace my old steel tank, I contacted O M Hines Ltd, and explained to them the possible problems that they may encounter. Within a couple of days an appointment was made for a survey by Owen, where he explained the whole process to me, and put me at my ease. The removal of the old and replacement of a new base and tank went without a hitch. Both Owen and colleague George, were very polite and professional at all times, however... 6 months later and having had an issue with the Apollo oil level censor, and contacting them twice by phone, both unanswered, left messages to request contact, both requests did not materialise, so finally emailed them to explain the problem, and that too, went unanswered. So, I've come to the conclusion that whilst the job itself was done really well, and after all, that is what any customer wants, the after sales service has proved to be lacking at best, or non existent at worst. Our oil supplier refused to deliver our last oil order due to a potential leak in our ancient metal tank. Owen carried out a site visit within a day of being contacted and then quickly sent a quote. We were so impressed with the re-siting and installation of the new oil tank, and the removal of our old tank - the team were very helpful, friendly and professional whilst onsite, and left no trace after leaving. They even carefully replanted some snowdrops that they had dug up to re-lay the new pipe work! Its always a huge relief to deal with a business that does everything they said theyd do within the timescales given, and to such a good standard. Thank you!
