WCI Sewage Treatment Ltd

This company has failed to investigate, diagnose and deal with a defective septic tank which has been causing flooding and pollution on a neighbouring property for the last 10 months. The septic tank is clearly being inundated by rainwater or groundwater. All WCI have done is install a drainfield, rather than tackle the root cause of the problem, leaving a non-compliant and polluting septic tank.

We have been dealing with WCI for a long while now and have always found them to be very efficient and friendly. We have an annual check done with them and they are very quick in sending us the report in a matter of days. Naomi in the office is always super friendly and chatty and will always fit us in whenever we need an appointment. The inspectors who come out are all very respectful and also very friendly so we have nothing but praise for this company and will continue to use them.

We moved into a lovely house with a broken water purification unit last year! WCI Sewage Treatment Ltd came and assessed the situation. There was an obsolete 15 year old Fluido unit which looked like a plate of spaghetti! WCI worked out a solution which involved retrofitting a new Solido unit from the same German manufacturers into the existing hole. This involved detailed discussions and adjustments made by the Germans. After a slight delay in delivery (which seems to be standard for items from Europe these days!) the WCI engineers fitted the Solido. The conversion of the treatment plant was a great success and their aftercare visit confirmed it was all working efficiently (and quietly). Naomi, the Director of WCI took a personal interest in project and Barry, the engineer was fantastic throughout the process. Their communication was excellent throughout. It was only afterwards that I realised what a complex and skilled procedure this was and that it had it had probably saved me around 15,000. I would wholeheartedly recommend WCI. Serviced our new blower unit which was irritatingly noisy - no longer - and gave us very helpful advice re sewage treatment plants - recommended!
