        We hired the apple pressing service for my mum's apple crop this year and it was excellent. The lady who brought and ran the equipment couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She made sure everything was done hygenically and safely including checking the temperature during the "pastuerisation" regularly, so I am very confident the bottled apple juice will "keep" until I'm ready to drink it. I would recommend to anyone who has a an apple tree or two in their garden.
