Plum Tree Holiday Cottage

You could be anywhere in the UK at this lovely cottage I come every year I just live 30 minutes drive from Plum tree it's a magical part of the North East you are one with the river and wildlife.The cottage is very clean has a wood burner when you lite the burner it makes it cosey and the smell outside when the burner is lit takes you back in time when life was at a slower,steady pace it's like going back in time . So to anyone around the UK or the world please come Bev the host is a wonderful down to earth lady and Bev's husband Mark they are Two wonderful friendly people. Honestly if you come for the first time you will keep coming back for more I have been coming since Christmas 2018 and I haven't looked back

What a wonderful cottage and not to mention the amazing hosts Bev and Mark. My husband and I cannot recommend Plum Tree Cottage enough. Stunning location over looking a river with an enclosed garden. This was important as we have 3 Golden Retrievers. The interior is spotless and so well finished. We cant fault the cottage. Great walks nearby, a local pub and supermarkets in driving distance. We asked if there was any additional outdoor seating and Bev kindly provided to more chairs for us. Fabulous cottage and stay, accommodating hosts and the perfect location to unwind.

Such a relaxing and restful holiday! The cottage is gorgeous and tastefully decorated and has everything you could ever need. Bev is a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. We had a barbecue in the garden and saw so much wildlife in the short time we were there. We will definitely be returning as it was the best holiday cottage experience I've ever had.
