We cannot rate Paul and Nick highly enough! We had the most professional yet very personable experience with buying a house from them. With no chain either side they helped us to complete within just 7 weeks. We cannot thank them enough for how flexible they were with letting us view the house on multiple occasions with kitchen fitters and designers etc during the house buying process. We cannot recommend Norton Ricket enough. Paul and Nick are very knowledgeable and personable. They kept us regularly updated throughout the sale of our cottage and dealt with solicitors and 3rd party estate agents to ensure everything was progressing as it should. They made what could have been very stressful, quite easy. We just left them to it. They even recommended a good roofer when we had issues with the slate roof on the property we were selling. Five star service.

Paul and Nick have successfully sold two houses for me before so there was no question about going to them again to sell my mothers house after she died. They are so professional and knowledgeable whilst always being friendly and approachable. Given the circumstances of this sale there was a lot of emotion invoked in selling the family home. We bought our house in Barnack from Nick and Paul just over 4 years ago and had no doubts that they would do a great job for us when we sold the same house very recently. Both are very experienced estate agents, well connected in the Stamford/ Peterborough area and we found always available on the other end of the phone with well considered professional advice. We wouldnt hesitate to buy from them or instruct them to sell for us in the future. Just lovely guys who work very much as a team and get the job done in a friendly and professional way.

Paul and Nick recently sold our historical farmhouse, and throughout a difficult sales period, they always offered support, honest solutions, new marketing ideas and their best positive attitude to sell the house.
