Excellent service, I would highly recommend! As a first time buyer I found the whole house buying process really quite daunting. She gave advice not only around mortgages but also around saving before and after the sale. Louise helped me to budget and see the bigger picture which I have found really helpful since moving in. Louise explained things in a way that were simple and easy to understand without being patronising. It was clear she had a breadth of knowledge and experience as well as being passionate about her job. I found this refreshing and made me feel at ease and confident in the process. We had regular check ins over the phone where we were able to build a good rapport. Louise also helped me to sort out my Life Cover, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover. Again she was knowledgeable and explained each insurance policy in a way that made sense to me.
