I took my dog for her 6 monthly checkup this morning .. what has happened to staff their the receptionists all have RBF faces are rude and ignorant too ....totally ignored me after I Said my dog's name, no sit down the vet will call you in ...no weighing my dog like they normally do....nothing ...other dogs came in they were all smiley and chatty to their owners....another dog who happened to have the same name as my dog arrived... just as the vet called my dog in ...I went in and shut the door, then the receptionist burst through the door saying this appointments not for your dog, the vet checked the name of the dog whose appointment it was , and stated my dogs full name,much to the disgust of the receptionist, no apology or anything....just the same as when i Ieft practically threw my dogs treatment at me....very rude, the staff need to have a lesson in basic manners ...really makes me wanna rush back there NOT !!! The old receptionists were so much more friendlier ....

Vet Sarah understands my border collies very well and is very supportive with the difficulties of illness.

Very friendly atmosphere. Very cheerful staff. They always make sure my dog is settled and happy before treatment and afterwards.
