Mick Partlett Car Sales

Meant to post this earlier but didn't get round to it. Bought an Audi from Mick's business in February this year, and they offered a decent price on my trade-in. Would have liked more, bur who wouldn't?! Cam belt and pump needed replacing and this was done with no issues at all, and I asked for a genuine Audi pump. Tracy came out on the test drive: no pushy sales patter, just down to earth talk about the car. Very straightforward completion a week or so later. Car was very well prepped, and Tracy had very kindly put some fuel in it for me so I wasn't running on fumes after leaving. Refreshingly honest, straight talking family business with a good selection of quality cars. Thank you Tracy and Mick

I'd give 6 stars if I could ! I just bought a 4 year old van from Mick Partlett Cars. I travelled over 100 miles to see it and I wasn't disappointed. This is a lovely family run business, Owned by Mick, and also his daughter Tracey and his grandson James. I initially dealt with Tracey on the phone who walked around the van on a video call showing any blemishes as well as the good overall condition. Then on my first visit I was greeted by Mick and his grandson James. James took me out on a test drive and wasn't pushy or a typical spivvy salesman. Then after the test drive I sat with them both and discussed the purchase. Amazingly the vehicle came with a full 12 month RAC backed warranty included in the price too. Unlike most garages they did not try to sell me any additional extras too like gap insurance or extended warranties. I put a deposit down and returned a few days later to allow time for a full service to be done. There were also a few age related marks on the van when I first viewed it which I was made aware of. Amazingly when I collected to can the valeter had spent 5 hours polishing the van for me and every mark was gone. I'm so impressed and so glad I chose this company. The other review that gave this company a low mark was unfair basing it on stock. Mick had a good range of quality cars there rather than a huge quantity of mediocre vehicles.
