Do not trust this firm come and collect you when they say. We booked a taxi and they said they would arrive in an hour. I started to chase at 90 mins, and couldnt get a reply until 2hrs 15 mins since the booking. Was told first, that taxi drivers car wasnt working and then that they had arrived within the hour and no one was there (rubbish, I was not only there, I was outside waiting. This firm has no reliability, honest or customer service. Use literally anyone else if you need to get somewhere Updated to answer spurious questions from "owner". 1 - the booking was on Thursday 22nd September. 2 - I am certain I have the right firm. I wrote this review within one hour of speaking to your firm for the second time, and being told untruths. I appreciate that taxis in rural areas are often hit and miss, and that sometimes customers will be disappointed. But telling customers untruths rather than being honest in unacceptable.
