Visited Timpson in Witney Sainsbury today to get a replacement watch battery. I totally confirm all the great reviews for Jazz, the lovely girl who works there - she was really helpful, professional and so lovely and friendly. 5 stars!

Visited Timpson in Witney Sainsbury - Jazz was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me out with a broken zip. Absolute pleasure to meet and deal with a helpful polite young lady who offered a super 1st class service. We discussed the laundry service offers and based on this helpful service I will be using this branch again, thank you!

Jazz was very knowledgeable and helpful with a spare House key. Then she created a spare car key for me also, at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else. Great personality a bonus also

Go to their Sainsbury branch, wont cut keys that I've supplied due to 'insurance' reasons. I offer to take full risk, no go. OK, Ill take 2 of your supplied keys please (for a Range Rover, nothing abnormal). No stock. I get told there is another branch, I dont really have time to look for it but venture out. I cant find it, my bad. Net result, no second key for my car despite the fact that I have 2 blanks ready to go and willing to sign any disclaimer needed for 'insurance' purposes. I'd rather just be told that we dont like losing sales to people online, I wouldnt have bothered with the online keys if I knew it was an issue but then no local stock, that doesnt help.
