        We had some automated gates fitted by this company a few years ago and have had constant trouble with them ever since. The loop that is meant to open the gates when a car approaches became gradually less and less reliable, and the back up fob to open the gates has failed. We have had case where the postman and Amazon delivery drivers have been trapped in our driveway, unable to get out. We have been trying to get an engineer to come to visit us and to replace the fob, and all we get told is that "an engineer will get in touch" - they never do. We have no choice but to leave the gates open all the time, so we might as well not have them at all.
