Food was ordered for 5pm, I called them at 5.30pm, to be told the driver hadn't turned up and he'd deliver it himself in 5 minutes. Finally arrived at 5.45, worst pizza I've ever had. It was dry, cheese was hard and the whole thing almost inedible. I can only imagine it was cooked for 5pm, left until I called, then warmed in the microwave. Definitely Dominos next time.

Sat here 2 1/2 hours later with no food. If you dont want to deliver, just say you dont do delivery. Save us both the hassle. Just rang them and they obviously couldnt be bothered. Said they do it later! Told them not to bother. Awful place! Do not use! And I just checked my bank card and they still charged me for the food I never got!

Terrible service and attitude, wont be using them again! I ordered food from American pizza tonight, on collection I was assured the meals were correct (stupidly I did not check), I arrived home to find there were items missing, I immediately contacted the shop to explain and was asked to drive down again to collect the missing items, I explained that this was unreasonable as the rest of the food would be cold and I live in Curbridge. After some argument the guy on the end of the phone stated he would deliver the missing items at some stage tonight as they only had one delivery driver working. Around 50 minutes after the phone was put down and when everyone else had finished their food there was a knock at the door and a delivery driver was standing with the missing items, he handed them over then told me there was a delivery fee to pay, I explained that it was not for me to pay as originally it had been a collection order but American pizza had caused the issue by not putting all the food in the bag. I phoned the shop again to explain the issue only to be told it was not their problem and there is nothing they can do about it!! Very poor attitude! Mediocre Luke warm food!
