Richard fitted out a new family bathroom, ensuite, cloakroom and kitchen [plumbing] as well as installing a new boiler. All of the work was carried out to a high standard. He also installed all of our wall and floor tiles and installed new radiators, as well as replacing old. Always appeared when scheduled to be there and will use him for our yearly boiler maintenance, certainly recommend his work. My electric shower wouldn't stop running so I sent Cotterell plumbing a message. Had somebody out fast to have a look and had quotes for a new shower promptly. Would have fitted the shower within 48 hours if I was not to busy. Months later all works perfectly. Left bathroom as it was before instalation and I will be using them when I can afford to have a bathtub installed or any other plumbing work that comes up. Service: Shower installation

Left a voice mail message for them to call me back regarding servicing of boilers, yes I have more than one property. Got a text say they would call me back but wanting to know who I was. I replied giving my name but never heard from them again. Why did they want to know my name to call me back? Only conclusion I have is they are unreliable and possibly a bit arrogant.
