These lot should really make up their mind as to whether they're still trading or not, rather than opening and closing at random times with no notice, being closed for multiple days in a row without notice and so on. It's rather frustrating when you can't collect the meds and you can't get the prescription back to take it somewhere else either just because someone fancied taking a day off...

Had an emergency prescription sent here for my baby son. Called in advance to ensure they had the item. No answer, so little choice but to drive 30 minutes to get there and find out they were closed due to staff shortages. Meaning I had no way of getting the medicine and no way of asking the pharmacy to send the prescription back into the system for me to get it at anothe location. Recklessly irresponsible conduct and I gather from the small group of other people there in a similar position that this happens regularly.

So annoyed with this pharmacy! Had a flu vaccine booked in since last week for myself and my husband. Filled in the pre-appointment questionnaires beforehand etc. We took the time off work to travel here only to be told at the desk that the appointments were cancelled and we should have had a phone call informing us. Well, we didnt! What a complete waste of time!! And this isnt the first time my time has been wasted by this pharmacy. Lots of problems with them regarding prescriptions. Avoided them for a while but thought Id try again for the flu vaccine. Why did I bother?!
