        Made an appointment for a flu shot on 17 March. No problem. Lots of availability online. Went through the process for two people including my elderly mother. Got the email confirmation etc. Cool. Today a cancellation from them. No explanation. No alternative suggestion. Probably HQs fault for out of date web information but could do better.

        Have had good service at all times. 14/10/22 Service is not good. When I go for my prescriptions there is usually a wait as they are not ready.
