        I took in my mother's glasses to be repaired as one nose pad had broken off. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and although she offered to do it while we waited, we opted to leave the glasses while we popped out to get a bit of shopping elsewhere. When we returned 30 minutes later, two new nose pads had been fitted and there was no charge. That is wonderful service.

        Been using vision express in Witney for some years. Jasmin the latest optician is very good indeed. Even took time to explain things about contact lenses I didnt know after wearing them for years. A lovely demeanour and pleasant visit

        The staff are polite and friendly and not pushy with sales. The Optometrist as very thorough with my examination and picked up an issue I have which wasn't picked up at another well known establishment
