        Went for an eye test with a nice optician but when I went to collect my free contact lens trial a man who seemed to have a bit of a bee in his bonnet wouldn't let me have them unless I paid. His reasoning was that I had in the past bought contacts online. I was genuinely interested in getting my contacts from Specsavers but his tone was so obnoxious that I left the shop. I won't be going back for eye-tests or glasses. Vision express down the road have generally been friendlier and more helpful in the past, so perhaps try them first.

        Great service, easily booked my eye test online. Very happy with the service they offer, the test itself was thorough and everything was explained fully by the lovely optician I saw. Selecting frames was easy, all the available offers were discussed and my glasses arrived on time and the fit adjusted to suit me personally. Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers (Witney).
