I went to Witney's Fone World as I'd smashed the back. I went in and they looked at my phone, then they ordered a replacement, which took a week to come, I went in the following Saturday for the back to be replaced. Only for them to have removed my damaged back from my phone, then to find they'd ordered the wrong back. So they put back on my damaged back and ordered second back. A week later i returned and had the phone repaired. Two weeks later the back was cracked again, it also had a lot of dust in the camera lenses. So I decided to repair it myself, on removing the back, that only took less than a minute (this should take alot longer). I found hardly any glue, but there was a large lump right where the back screen had cracked. This is why I'd also got alot of dust into the phone, as it wasn't sealed properly. Also parts were missing of the back, compared with the new replacement one (see photos). Also a part was broken, (the small white cover in the photo), yet the cover had been fitted.
