Had two roofing repairs needed: a new flat roof and an emergency internal reinforcement of existing roof trusses. Steve came out at short notice and quoted for both jobs, offering lots of helpful advice and talking through all the options. The prices were great so we pressed ahead. The Staff turned up on time, exceptionally helpful and professional - adapting to the nature of awkward jobs, placements and poor weather without a single complaint. Finished job truly outstanding, all rubbish cleared - Couldn't be happier. Service: Roof installation

I found this Company on Facebook and at first he was very responsive and came to look at the job straight away. I received a quote and arranged for the work to be completed (flat roof repair and repointing of gable end). The work was completed on a Friday, it rained on the Saturday and we found the roof was still leaking. They sent someone back Monday morning to repair again. Chased me Tuesday evening to see if still OK and then turned up on my door Wednesday afternoon to chase for payment! Telling me that I hadnt paid and that it would be passed to a debt company the next day if I didnt pay. Never have I ever had someone turn up at my home like Steve did in a manner which can only be described as intimidating. I had said I would pay the invoice and the work had been rectified only on the Monday morning! Not a professional way to deal with customers in my view and I would not recommend them because of this.
