Autocare Express

Used for the first time. charge was a bit high until i complained. work was good and very well done and the receptionist was the right person in the right job. Very friendly polite and informative. i would recommend this place to all. Many thanks Autocare Express.

Not as good as it used to be. Didnt respond to booking request, loan car had barely enough fuel to get to petrol station as it was on fumes and I wasnt updated about my cars status. Also did not fix a problem I had specially asked about twice. So Ill have to take it to another garage now for remedial work. Shame as reception is super friendly but the overall service has slipped way down

We been using autocare express for many years to service both my and my wife's cars and have always found them to be fair and reasonable on the costs for servicing and mot's as well as replacement tyres and will continue in the future. Having trust in a garage is the mist important requirement.

I used this garage to have a new tyre and wheel alignment on my girlfriend's car in July 2022, by November 2022 the tyre was worn on one side due to the wheel alignment. I twice called the garage to speak to them, only to be fobbed off and on the second call the response from the man I spoke can only be described as angry that I should dare suggest there was a problem. In short they did not want to know, and in my opinion they did not complete the wheel alignment, please see attached photo. I would not use this garage in the future, they are fine if everything goes well, but if there is a problem they are not interested. They can certainly do with a course on customer service.
