I had a great experience working with Olive Tree Services. Very rewarding job with lovely service users. I was supported by Carolyn and John throughout my entire time here. Both management and colleagues showed kindness and compassion towards me. Sadly, I had to leave due to a location move. I would highly recommend.

I have worked for Olive Tree Services for 3 years and have been well supported by senior staff and management, wether in relation to a client need or a personal need. The stated aim of the company is to provide high quality personal care for the clients in their own homes and my experience is that every effort is made to achieve this. I recommend this company as a good place to come and work and develop your personal and professional skills.

I engaged Olive Tree to provide care for an elderly relative at short notice. This was acceptably carried out. However, their administration is not good and its not possible to manage them in relation to invoicing and contracts. Their charges are quite high and they do also charge for travelling.

If I could give this place a no star rating then I would! By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for! They are unprofessional and uncaring! They don't have their staff or their clients best interests at heart! They don't respond to their carers unless it's because they want to put more work on them when their carers message them about being short paid or having any problems the management think it's acceptable to point blank ignore them and not solve any issues raised! People who are meant to be part of the management team falsely spread rumours about carers pinching from the clients even though it's not true the client just misplaced it due to having dementure yet no appolgy ever given to the carer accused it's no way to run a business,thinking it's acceptable for an assistant manager to act that way and all the manager wants to do it brush it under the carpet no staff should ever be treated the way staff get treated here it was one of my worst mistakes starting to work for this company they have some fantastic carers but treat them like dirt and wonder why they never stay long! If you think about working for this company then take my advice stay well away there are much better companies out there!!
