Took in a strimmer to have a new throttle cable fixed but was told that as I'd taken the throttle handle apart, they would not touch it. Apparently too hard for them to fix. There was literally one spring to insert once the throttle cable had been installed. I had all the parts. The only reason I took it apart was to diagnose the issue. For an establishment advertising a repair service, seems odd they cant repair something - it wasn't even broken.
Shant be taking my mower and all my other garden tools to them now.
