Grape Tree

Yesterday I bought two bags of peanuts, one dry roasted and the other one salted because I wasnt sure what kind my wife wanted, seeing my predicament Lisa told me I could return the one I didnt need the next day as long as it wasnt opened. Today, my wife went to return the one it wasnt needed, but was told by Sky that she couldnt because there wasnt anything wrong with it. If she wanted she could talk to the manager tomorrow. Well, I was told a lie or Sky, whose attitude was patronising couldnt bother. We have been customers for several years, but after this, we wont be coming back.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smiley face from the lady in the shop, whos name I asked for and she was called Eleanor. I had some queries and questions regarding a few items and Eleanor didnt hesitate to answer all these questions in a professional and informative manor. Certainly got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and left Grape Tree feeling good about the world and that was all down to the fantastic customer satisfaction I was made to feel by Eleanor and the team down at Grape Tree Witney. Most defientely will be visiting again for my supply of nuts and seeds, especially now Ive got my loyalty card.
