        We have found them to be very helpful, their products are top notch and the support has been second to none. At Splash Display we work to exacting standards and the printer needed to be a good one. Inktec Europe have enabled us to get a high specification machine, installed it quickly and helped us along the way with support.

        Worst company to ever deal with, be warned when conducting business with them. We sold our machine and they told the customer it needed 6 new heads when indeed it needed 1 and refused to move the machine because of this. Customer pushed for a massive discount and ended up only changing one head all based on there engineers report. Be warned these guys will promise you the world and when you really need them they will look for every opportunity to make money for themselves. Do yourself a favour and buy a proper branded machine.
