        David provided his services to fix my 'locked out of my home' problem. He attended very promptly after the telephone conversation on a cold and nasty day with light fading. He was able to open the locked door with minimal destruction to anything and completed the work in very quick time. I can only recommend him to you if you also find yourself locked out of your home. Of course he might not always be able to do such a quick and clean job depending on the door and lock fitted at your location but id think youve got your best chances with him. Thankyou very much again Thames Valley Lock & Safe

        TVLS attended punctually to investigate the lock on my UPVC front door. He identified a problem with the gearbox and offered to return with a replacement and a new lock, a few days later. He seemed to me to be thorough and knowledgeable. The replacements were effective and the price of the work was reasonable. I am very pleased and would use TVLS again.

        David Hill was calm, polite and professional. He travelled a distance to repair a lock for a relative and was punctual, friendly and quick. His charges were very reasonable and he is a master locksmith.
