Fantastic service from start to finish. Malcolm Parr has been brilliant at every stage of the process, He has found us a great deal and processed the whole thing in exceptionally quick time. Communication has been faultless throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will certainly be using him again in the future.

Terrible experience from start to finish. After my initial online enquiry went unresponded, I phoned to chase and eventually was able to start my credit application. No updates from Bridle so had to repeatedly chase for them. Was informed on multiple occasions that vehicle availability would be checked whilst the credit application was processed but no updates given unless I called and was then was always "I'll ask the garage". Once credit application processed they finally looked into vehicle availibility only to now inform me that my required vehicle was no longer available in the UK. 3-4 weeks of time wasted to be told this. Last communication I had was 10 days ago when they said they'd get back to me with alternatives. Not heard a word since. Subsequently arranged vehicle with alternative provider in less than 24 hours vs. 5 weeks and counting with Bridle. Terrible service, terrible communication. Shouldn't be this hard to spend 1,000s with any company.
