I spoke to Ben at Your E-Car as I needed a new lease vehicle after my previous lease had expired. Ben made the whole process incredibly simple while giving me multiple options on vehicles after we had discussed my requirements. My new car arrived recently and it is brilliant! I can't speak highly enough about Ben and the team at Your E-Car. Excellent service throughout the leasing process which made it very easy and stress free, even though this was my first time leasing (and my first EV). Communication has also been great, all my queries were answered promptly and Ben was always happy to spend time on the phone explaining everything at each step. I also got frequent updates on the status of my order, which helped to reassure me and plan around the unknowns and delays caused by Covid-19 and the semiconductor and supply issues currently being faced. I've now had my new ID.3 for a few weeks and couldn't be happier. Your E-Car will definitely be top of my list when this lease ends and I've already been recommending to friends who are thinking of the switch to an EV

Ben has sorted out our first EV, and yesterday we took delivery of the unbelievable Polestar 2 . Throughout the process Ben could not have been more helpful, I would 100% recommend, absolutely first class.
