I contacted Decorum to assist me in furnishing a property for the purposes of selling. I had previously used them more than a decade before, when renting a property through their Summertown office in Oxford and well remembered the exceptional service I received from Hannah, who was working there at the time. I received the same exceptional and personalised service from Jane, when I contacted the company earlier this year. My demands were considerable, as I needed to furnish a fairly large, individual, 5 bedroom house in North Oxfordshire in a very short space of time, with a marketing deadline already in place. Janes response to my request was exceptional, both during the consultation period and in the deliverance of the agreed furnishings. Her levels of communication were excellent, producing clear visuals of how the rooms would be furnished, before placing my order. The property quickly attracted several serious buyers, which supports my view that well furnished properties attract more buyers than those that are either unfurnished or inadequately furnished.
