Oven Proof Oven Cleaning

Avoid - shoddy work, broke my oven, empty promises for a resolution. Look elsewhere. David (the 'MD') visited to clean our fairly standard Zanussi gas hob and electric oven. The cleaning was actually done to a reasonable standard, however his ability to re-assemble the oven after cleaning was non-existent. The oven door now has a metallic click when opening and closing, and he managed to lose the captive nuts behind the fan cover which is now held on by a self-tapping screw he sourced from my pot of spare screws etc. David seemed nice enough and assured my wife he'd organise a repair at his cost, had a lengthly conversation with me to reiterate that, yet failed to deliver despite several telephone calls (always going to voicemail) and unanswered emails. Don't bother with this amateur - despite claiming he was a man of his word, he's clearly a liar. Spend your money elsewhere.
