Checking in took around 30 minutes as my booking wasnt on the system although I had already paid for it. The lady on the desk apologised but was short with me several times. Room was nice but there was a cigarette burn in the bed sheets. Went to go have dinner and manager for the night was rude, kept staring and making me feel uncomfortable. Once I finished my meal I waited for a staff member to come past so I could pay if I needed to as I wasnt sure because i did a deal, no one came so I thought it would go on my room. I saw the manager at the bar and she said nothing. I walked to my room and she came running after me, making me feel embarrassed like I was stealing even though I was staying there for the night. I asked if it could just go on the room and I would pay later and she shrugged her shoulders and was really rude. Another lady staying at the hotel asked me if I was okay and if I had been overcharged as she had experienced something similar. Waiter was lovely but I will not be staying here again.
