I arranged an appointment with Dr Smith on the off chance that acupunture might help with a long-standing Achilles injury....and although she suggested that acupunture may not be the solution to this problem , she suggested a myriad of ways in which the 'problem' might be alleviated. I believe that Dr Smith is herself a believer and practitioner of whole person body/mind medicine and as such can help a wide range of physical/ mental/emotionel conditions, and from personal experience I can recommend her approach to a wide range of medical problems/conditions.

I had been suffering with long standing pelvic pain following surgery some years ago. Anna took a very detailed history to allow her to really understand the affects of the pain I had and how she may be best places to help me. I saw an immediate improvement after one session which then continued for the duration of the course of treatment. I have been pain free ever since and am now able to undertake physical excessive again without any pain at all. I would highly recommend Anna's kind and thoughtful approach together with her professional knowledge and skill. Thankyou Anna.

I had six sessions to relieve tennis elbow and a muscle spasm in my neck the service I received was amazing very stress and pain free and I am free of my tennis elbow which has made such a difference - I am going to make another appointment just to top up the muscle spasm in my neck but this is purely down to tension !

I had four sessions of acupuncture with Anna to help with migraines I was suffering with up to twice a week. Since my first session in mid February I have not had any further migraines! Anna explained the process to me prior to my first treatment and I found each session quite relaxing. I would definitely recommend any other migraine sufferers to book an appointment.

I have arthritis in both knees and after sessions with Dr Smith, there is a marked improvement in managing my pain. My first good night's sleep in months after only the first two sessions. Highly recommend her personable attitude and obvious methodology
