When I got to the till I was charged the full price. When I questioned this I was told that a manager/ supervisor would have to come and authorise the transaction. When she finally arrived she made a comment to her colleague that it was only a small amount inferring that it was not really worth it although it was actually a third off the original price.
Unfortunately I have also had this issue in other Superdrug branches which is not good as by law the price shown must be the same as the price charged at the checkout
Very disappointing
