        Disgusting and appalling the click and collect customer service this afternoon, Jun 12th 2021 between 1:30- 2:30pm, at Sainsbury's in Witney. I was upset that my order was missing the key items and I did not get any email saying so, they guy with a long beard " I did not ask his name", started arguing and call me names , and even took his phone off to record my car" Taking photos or video of someone where there is the expectation of privacy is a breach of privacy laws." I am in shock the way I was treated at Sainsbury's today. I will never order from Sainsbury's again, don't recommend and absolutely no excuses to treat a customer like that.
