        Dreadful. Six weeks to get a simple GP appointment. Huge waiting times on the phones. Over three weeks to get a phone call from a nurse. The practice is broken

        The surgery itself I have little issue with. The telephone system is awful. On hold in call position 1 for over 10 minutes. The message changes to "sorry your call cannot be taken at this time, try again later". The call gets disconnected and when trying to call back I'm number 20 in the call queue! This has happened on more than one occasion.

        UPDATE - Following on from my May visit May 2022 -What a shambles! Covid clinic direction as you enter. Self-check in tells you take a seat & watch the screen to be called. However, it turns out you have to enter a physical que & move along & not watch the screen. Only when this was raised did someone actually start organising as people as they entered the surgery. Over 30 minutes late. Maybe put some signs on self-checking to help people. October 2022 - Went for my covid & flu vaccinations on Saturday 29th October, I have to say it was much better organized from start to finish. It was very swift from start to finish.
