Bought a HJC helmet and visor cracked around latch. Spoke to Chloe Marsden and supplied a picture of the damage. Very prompt reply from Chloe giving advice on useage along with a promise of a replacement visor. Im a long time motorcyclist and have bought a lot of Oxford products over the years. Products are always fit for purpose and good value for money. More importantly their after sales has always been first class. Thank you Chloe and Oxford products for being a company you can rely on.

Have a HJC C80 helmet and was struggling to find replacement visor side plates. Oxford Products Customer services (Katie) found the parts and I had them the next day!

Absolutely fantastic! I never feel obliged to leave a review but these guys are something else!! I (stupidly) managed to lose the waterproof liner for my T30R (which is great by the way) and made contact with Customer Services who were so incredibly helpful and have sourced a replacement for me. You cant get this item on its own so they really have got me out of a hole. This is exactly the reason why I will continue to be an Oxford customer for as long as I can!

Excellent customer service! Having emailed Oxford Products Ltd over Easter Bank Holiday weekend, I received a prompt reply on the Tuesday to confirm my query regarding my HJC R-PHA 70 broken pinlock pin. Communication was prompt and friendly and they resolved my issue the same day with the parts I needed in my hand on the Thursday, free of charge! Absolutely fantastic customer care! Will absolutely be using Oxford Products again. 100% recommended!
