We live in a Grade II listed property and wanted two new extensions built, alongside chimmney rebuilds, some roofing and a couple of other smaller jobs too! Matthew and his team started working in October 2019 and from the first day, were very careful about mess and allowing us to live our lives as normally as you can when having major building work done. Nothing was too much trouble and even through the various periods of lockdown, work was done when it was possible and the workers remained very considerate of our home. Any challenges we had were resolved and we are delighted with the quality of the work. We will have no hesitation in using them again and in recommending them to family and friends. We had a small extension work for our house and were very happy with the work that Matthew Shirley and his team did. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the work, and by the way that Matthew and the others interpreted the brief and responded to queries as they arose. They were good at solving problems and coming up with imaginative solutions. Since the work was completed, visitors to the house invariably comment on the excellence of the work. An added bonus is the fact that they are a particularly best team in Oxfordshire, which made the job that much easier.
