Call yesterday, a member of the food hall team in Witney ,Domanic, went more than the extra mile in assisting myself, who has mobility challenges and my mother in a wheelchair, nothing was too much, he was kind, caring, supportive, and enthusiastic to meet our customer service needs, I hope this young gentleman is acknowledged for his extraordinary high-level customer service, and certainly excels in his chosen career. Well done Marks & Spencers for recruiting such an exceptional young staff member who truly cares about customer service.
