Good, trustworthy mechanic, the best I have seen. Dixons automotive has done both maintenance and repair work for me on 2 different cars in the last couple of years. They are the real deal. Their honesty is the main reason I continue to use them, as well as their know-how and ability to fix things. Dan is a good, trustworthy mechanic, the best I have seen. The owner of this garage sold me a dangerous 'CAT B' car. It should only be sold as spares by law. As I was buying it from a garage I thought everything would be OK. This was not the case. One day later I realised it was Cat B. After asking Dan if I could have my money back or at least part back it was bluntly refused and 'his mates know where I live' and we don't sell cars here. He comes across as a nice guy, be weary. I will be taking this further and will update. I hate rouge traders.
