I contacted Jeremy to get our lounge, stairs and landing carpet cleaned. He was able to slot us in within a couple of days as the job was relatively small and only needed a few hours. Jeremy arrived on time and has thoroughly cleaned our carpets and removed some stains with no problem. I would highly recommend Jeremy as he has great workmanship and clearly takes pride in his work. After moving into a new house Jeremy cleaned all our carpets for us, including the stairs. He did a fantastic job and all the carpets have come up great. I particularly liked that Jeremy came round to have a look at what we needed to provide us with a quote for the work.

Contacted Jeremy due to reading his positive reviews. He was quickly in touch with a reply by email and once we confirmed some dates for the work he also followed up with a call. I wanted the carpets cleaning asap as we had moved into a new house so didnt want to be living with the dirty carpets for longer than necessary. He fitted our job in promptly. Arrived on the morning at the time said and was very chatty and friendly. I left him to it in the house without concern for leaving him on his own. Once I returned he was almost finished and I was very pleased with how the carpets had come up. He had managed my expectations about the rug and this was a lot better than it was but not back to brand new, but I had been forewarned and therefore was not disappointed. Although he is on the more expensive side I would use again as I was very happy with the overall service provided and the end result, and ultimately you get what you pay for-he was meticulous and really wanted to do a good job, even if that meant he was working for longer.
