        Incorrectly advertised item. Claimed to be made of a certain material but wasnt. When queried, they told me it was not their problem. Wont be returning or recommending.

        Excellent service; from concise information given on the phone with off the top of their head stock recall to brilliant face to face service when we visited. Indepth knowledge of items necessary for cadets and helpful recommendations. Super service, would recommend.

        Place says it's open and it's not dog s*#t just 40miles and it's all locked up....need to get themselves squared away.....

        Top customer service. I ordered a smock from Dropzone and the courier DPD was awful. The driver didnt even attempt delivery because he apparently had navigational issues, so therefor just put it down that I wasnt in. Nic from dropzone customer service team got in touch with DPD and got the problem resolved within 30 minutes. The driver was told to come and deliver my smock after his rounds. I will definitely be using dropzone again.
