Dovecote Windows and Doors Ltd

We used Dovecote to replace all our windows, new front door and change patio doors to bifolds. Right from the very start they were fantastic. Always quick to respond to emails and came out and gave a quote within days which was very reasonable. The work we had done took 3 days and the two lads we had (Jamie and Dan) were amazing. Bang on time everyday, polite, respectful to our home and considerate. I felt totally comfortable leaving them to move around any party of my house that they needed access to. They always used dust sheets to protect carpets and left behind no mess at all. We have had so many compliments on the new look these windows have provided. I would recommend to anyone looking for new windows and doors to use Dovecote.

From the moment I contacted Dovecote by phone for the initial quote I was impressed by their professional attitude. They were not the lowest quote for our windows and doors replacement but this feature made me accept them to do our work. The installation was carried out to a high standard and a small problem found after the installation was corrected within 24 hours. I ordered a new front door from Dovecote Windows and Doors Ltd. Everything was spot on, from initial conversation, assessing the job, providing a quote, through to fitting the new door. The old door was taken away and the fitters cleaned up after they had finished. We now have a new front door which is a definite upgrade on the old one. Very professional service. Dovecote were a breath of fresh air, offering professionalism and great value. We have been involved in property development and project management for some 13 years and have plenty pf experience in this field. Dovecote's window installation was carried out exactly on time, with none of the attendant delays previously experienced by other window and glass suppliers and installers. From the MD, through to the salesman who first visited to discuss product options, their surveyor and the two fitters, they were all excellent. Finishing touches and tidying at the end of the job were second to none. The Upvc Halo Flush casement windows and French doors supplied and fitted look great (see picture of the front elevation of the property). Using Upvc is a first for us but the apparent quality of the Halo units make them a great choice. Very pleased indeed with everything, we would highly recommend this company.
