I have attended a few of Cheryl's yoga classes, and having been to many different teachers over the years I find the events that she runs are very carefully put together to provide the best experience to anyone attending. Cheryl is a fantastic teacher, explaining and demonstrating all postures carefully, she is very attentive and her recent addition of sound healing is the perfect finishing touch!

I love Cheryl's wellbeing afternoons. They are great for people new to yoga and meditation, or who just need some 'me' time. The sound healing session at the end of the afternoon is just beautiful.

As a Life & Business coach for others, staying in alignment and in good health (mentally, physically and energetically) has always been important to me. To date I'd utilised yoga, meditation and energy treatments such as reiki to do this - but had never tried Crystal Healing. What a beautiful and amaxing treatment- gently calming and re-balancing the mind, body, energy system and soul. Not only that - Crystal healing maintains that balance and alinement for a much longer period than most other treatments do - and enables life to flow much more easily.
