First annual service, the guys were quick and efficient, they answered a few questions I had showing their knowledge and experience. Overall I can't praise the team enough plus the lady at homebase who kept me informed even when the team were about to arrive, I.e. in 11 minutes. That's what I call efficient, so thank you Oxyplumb.

Matthew came to service the boiler on time yesterday. Great guy very knowledgeable . Talked us through the service and explained everything was as it should be. He also shared what other services are becoming available in the near future. Lisa and Georgia are your first point of contact in the office, always friendly kind and patient when explaining what is to happen and when. Great company happy to be one of their clients.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Oxyplumb. Very efficient and helpful staff. Despite being unable to diagnose the problem, the engineer gave me some very useful advice and made several adjustments to the boiler to make it run more efficiently and economically. Will definitely use them again.
