Richmond Villages Witney Wellness Spa

Absolutely superb. My partner and I had a pool pass for the day. They even organised for us to use the in-house lift as I could not use the stairs. Had an awkward moment when we landed up in the wrong place, but a member of spa staff came and 'rescued' us so we could get to where we had parked our car. Changed in accessibility room, but no lockers or chairs to sit down on, which was a bit disappointing. Also the Hydrotherapy bath could have been hotter. Hopefully these things will be remedied next time we visit.

We've been members here for 3 years and witnessed the Spa gradually declining in all aspects of service and cleanliness etc. We've raised our concerns in writing on several occasions and haven't received any reply from the Richmond Village manager and unsatisfactory replies from the Spa manager. Cleanliness has declined significantly with all areas looking dirty and tired at times. Frequently, facilities are either not working or up to temperature etc. Staff are numerous but disengaged with customers. This is neither a welcoming place nor good value for money any longer. A great shame and we will be looking for an alternative.
