. Would give minus star if possible. Very unreliable and cost you money and lose you money with there mistakes . We waited ready at our market stall for them and they didn't show. Instead they tried to deliver to home address even though all agreed to meet at market as early as possible. Ruined our business launch. We waited until 11 to be told they were at our house and I had to drive to Witney to pick up gas . Missing lunch rush at food market. Not happy

Not helpful at all got told could change larger gas bottle for a smaller one no cost when got there wanted to charge extra 30 pound to get the smaller bottle totally discusting will stuck to calor so much more helpful.

This is the worst company I have ever seen please be careful when looking to change gas suppliers, I use to be with countywide No problem for over 10 years then they got Took over by flogas. Omg nothing but problems every time I order gas, they give you a date for a delivery and it turns up weeks later after making 100 calls and Email to customers services this is not once this is nearly every time I call and it takes 2 hours on the telephone before you can talk to anyone. And every time they send a invoice its incorrect the last time I ordered gas I was quoted and paid 341.30 over the telephone on the 30th of November I was told delivery would be 7th Dec didnt show up gas finely got delivered after many call and Emails on the 20th Dec then they invoiced me 551.25 Over 200 more I keep calling to tell them that the bill was payed before delivery there is a mistake I cant take this anymore Once my gas is gone I am charging suppliers this is getting so hard to deal with.. (please beware )
