Me and a friend have paid for this course she has been waiting months.. ive been cancelled on twice.. i was really looking for to the eyelash course as being a mum of 2 i could of fit this around my children and being on maternity i dont have an awful lot of money and they wont refund either as they state u need to do the online elearning so once youve signed in there like they told you moneys not refundable.. Absolutly fuming

Not even worth 1 star.. Still waiting for my 2 courses with them.. Keep me waiting since September. Of course money is not refundable as they tell you to do e-learning before attending course. Also stating that you need to complete practice within a year from purchasing, but now lady on the phone said they can extend time so no worries... Sounds like a joke as everyone wants to start working asap, not waiting for years till finally they can collect enough people to make a class. Keep booking holidays off work. Not recommending to have any deals with them. Still waiting from September last year..

Awful company. Booked and paid for a course upfront, they then cancelled the course but said I wasnt entitled to a refund as I could attend a course over 60 miles away.... not really an acceptable alternative when you work. I lost 2 days work as I had to take holiday leave from my self employed job, they cancelled the course the same week it was due to run. Nobody has been in touch. Refund manager has since changed and miraculously has no idea what has happened and has just re read the previous emails and threatened me to take further action! Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs! Apparently its common for them to cancel their courses so I wouldnt waste your money on them!
